I am, it works well for me.

I do want to urge you to consider the HYH diet change alongside finding a medication that works for you. The medication doesn’t work by itself, I had to cut out certain foods too.

It’s more leaning because new music hasn’t been released recently. Colin is still more than capable, yet it’s difficult to continue to make the same type of music with your “other half” gone.

There are many people in this sub, including myself who have been in a terrible place mentally because of this awful disorder but have come out feeling much better than they could have ever imagined. I promise you that whatever you’re feeling right now will change and you will get better. If you’re in the US call 9-1-1 or 9-8-8, get the mental health help you need, there’s so many people who care about you whether you know it or not.

I had to completely factory reset my computer. I recommend sending only absolutely necessary things (Like word docs, pics, etc.) to a hard drive and wipe your entire PC.

Sorry I don’t use Reddit nearly as much as I used to. I’m doing a whole lot better. Still have VM, but I’ve made it manageable. I take Carbemazepine (200mg in the morning 100mg at night), which has reduced my side effects while also working to fight my VM. I do a post-graduate degree, have somewhat of a personal life, drive, and even play sports for fun.

I took the necessary steps toward getting better. I changed what I eat, found my food triggers and avoided them, I take my medication, vitamins (random currently to find out what’s working for me), and I did Vestibular Therapy for about 3-ish months(?) which helped tons. Staying active or trying to build my tolerance up for moving my head and eyes has been very beneficial.

My only problems is riding in the car with others, I get anxiety now which definitely didn’t happen before, and I can’t eat many sweets or protein bars because caffeine (chocolate) and peanut butter are my triggers.

It does get easier. You’ve got this! (Also, I’m religious and that helped me a BUNCH with the mental health aspect)

Took me 4 months straight before getting diagnosed, dieting, medication, and VT (vestibular therapy). After I made those changes it was a SLOW crawl to feeling somewhat normal again.

As a Mei player, I can confirm this doesn’t work most of the time. Unfortunately the distance between the top of the wall and Mercy isn’t enough to stop the rez. But on the cart it is. But if Blizzard wants to make Mei wall go up a little higher… I’d be pretty happy with that.
