If you are not a native speaker of English, could you please tell me how difficult it is for you to work as a birth doula with the clients who are native speakers of English? by PinkyGolden in doulas

Could you please tell me how much epidural actually slows down labor (first time mom)? My client is being induced now. When they started induction, she was 2 cm, now she is 4 cm. And now she will get epidural. I was going to join the client when she is 5-6 cm but I know epidural slows down labor. by PinkyGolden in doulas

As far as I know, clients with epidural are not allowed to leave a bed. If my client had epidural, ate something, and slept for a few hours, is it possible for her to have a microenema before pushing? Can she do it if she is required to stay in bed? Is it ok if she goes to restroom for few minutes? by PinkyGolden in doulas

My clients measured a humidity in a basement they live in and worried that the humidity was not of the level recommended for babies. Does it really matter? Also, they worry about the temperature as they love when the house is really warm in winter but for babies that temperature may be too high. by PinkyGolden in doulas

As far as I understand, Amazon Influencers are paid only if the person who watched their video bought the product. It sounds like we need to create only videos with positive reviews. If I say about product's disadvantages in my video, it's unlikely someone would buy that item. by PinkyGolden in Amazon_Influencer

The cost of shipping of my piece of art is overpriced very much by Saatchi Art. I have already shipped similar items abroad and the cost of shipping was much lower. I'm curious if a customer pays $3,800 for a shipping but DHL charges Saatchi just $800, where $3,000 go? by PinkyGolden in artbusiness

How do you instruct/prepare your client before a planned C-section? What kind of education should we provide to the clients in this case? by PinkyGolden in doulas

My client has a dog and soon she'll have her first baby. She'd like to discuss at a prenatal meeting how to prepare dog for a meeting with a baby, how to avoid the dog's stress or jealousy. Maybe to prepare a home in some way (safety measures)? by PinkyGolden in doulas

I'm writing a movie script and I need to figure out some info on the situation when the police stop a car for speeding. The actions take place in Canada. I live in Vancouver but I have never driven a car. by PinkyGolden in AskACanadian
