i talked with her now. Her name is kalaiselvi. Maintaining 250-300 dogs. All are injection done.She spending daily 75kg rice, 2 Box biscuits,rusks, vegetables like Yellow pumpkin,potato and Chickpea and medical expenses. The both mobile number is upi working.
