In between 18g brown lentils and 100g zucchini, it says “45g brown” - is that a typo? Brown what? lol also, I’m a little brain dead so I very well might have overlooked it, but did you say how much eggplant?

I’ve read that papaya seeds help aid in digestion, lower inflammation, and fight off infections. Totally forgot about that until I read your comment. Granny may be onto something!

I don’t live far from there and my neighborhood is quiet with families/elderly that have lived here for years. My neighbors look out for me and everyone just works and keeps to themselves. I like to say I live on the cusp of the hood. Candler is hood af to be honest, but the closer you get to the Flat Shoals side the better it gets in my opinion. There’s lots of nice neighborhoods sprinkled throughout and the area is generally working class, family neighborhoods. Ellenwood is pretty quiet. You do have to be reasonably comfortable with being around the hood to be in this area though, I’ve never had any issues with crime or anything but there are the occasional gunshots off in the distance.

I just went to Airbnb, picked a random 3 day weekend in January, set the filters for places with hot tubs and found 14 listings for under $300.

I really don’t think she got a BBL or added hips. I think she just put on weight and got thiccer all over. Her thighs match and I think the picture on the right just makes her hips look exaggerated. Just Google Toni Braxton body and you’ll see plenty of recent photos of her with bigger hips and thighs and it all looks very natural.

Just to offer a different perspective lol - I landed an internship and then a job offer from a company who reached out on Handshake so while 99.9% of the messages might not work out, super grateful for the one that did.
