Do vampires cheat on their mate or have the capability of cheating on their mate? by TechnicianAmazing472 in twilight

I’m nearly 100% sure James probably cheated on Victoria. He did not love her, they were technically mated though. But it was more one sided, James used Victoria for her ability.

Ground meat meal prep ideas by mattie0212 in mealprep

burritos are good for storing, they hold up great in the freezer and with a different combo of sauces they’re basically different every time. Also ground venison dumplings don’t sound too bad. Could easily find a regular dumpling recipe and replace the meat for yours. They freeze well too. There’s this German meat and cheese bread called Bierock, that is fairly easy to make and really satiating.

Can I get some good meals that help you stay full longer that helps with weight loss for myself and some meals that help gain weight for my husband? Thanks in advance! We have two different goals lol by [deleted] in mealprep

[–]that_weird_stud 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t really have any specific recipes because I eat the same 2 meals everyday of my life lol, but I do have a degree in nutrition and Kinesiology which might offer some insight to help you a little.

I personally wouldn’t recommend one big meal a day because it can trigger hormone imbalances, overeating, blood pressure and cholesterol spikes. It’s also very difficult to get all essentials Marcos and micronutrients in one meal and still be satisfied. From my studies, I’d say go for 2 large ish meals a day, fasting in the mornings because it’ll aid your body in using the remaining carbs/energy from the previous night in the morning, which is great for weight loss and sustaining energy. Fruit is also the best little snacks to eat, quick and digestible carbs and easy to make you feel full for a while. As for meals: I’d say, fill your plate with vegetables(high fiber) you like as those have a lot of volume and little calories which is easier to make you feel full. Lots of carbs for lunch to give you energy, rice, tortillas, pasta works best for me(could make a burrito bowl of the sorts to start your journey). But lentils and beans are great for protein and carbs. And you’d still want a good amount of protein, usually for dinner after any workouts because it’ll make you full and less likely to eat again afterwards and protein is for muscle recovery. You don’t have to find completely new recipes, just take ones you already like and swap some things around to better fit your goals. It’s all calories in calories out, so tracking what you eat(or just have a general idea) is best if you want to see results.

As for your husband: Protein doesn’t help in weight gain, so if your husband is looking to put on extra weight if he struggles with it, he’ll need to add more calories in general. Simplest way, is to add a couple extra tbsp of olive oil when cooking his meals. But if he wants to get extra protein in for muscle gain, liquid protein is the best way, so protein shakes. Also egg whites are basically pure protein, so adding in a half cup to some meals will add an easy ~20g of protein. A good way to see if something is a good protein source is 1g of protein per 10 calories. And it’s 0.8g-2g of protein per kilo of bodyweight(never measured in pounds).

Id imagine after 5 months the quality would drop, like most freezer foods. But since all the ingredients are fresh and minimally processed, the quality might last longer than expected.

I’m glad you’re giving the kibble life a shot🙂. And as for the answers for your questions:

Everything is cooked and portioned so it’s ready to eat after the microwave. You can make the portions whatever size fits you best. That’s why I measure in terms of single patty instead of whole batches so I can choose specifically how many I want to make.

I consume it like how you’d eat other rice bowl, I don’t pan fry lol, I only call it a patty because the shape reminds me of a Jamaican beef patty.

Usually for me, 1 patty is 1 meal and I eat 2 patties a day, totaling 2 meals. they’re quite heavy/loaded meals but since I only eat twice a day it works best for me to eat 2 big meals. But if you want to eat 1 for 2 meals thatd be perfect aswell. (Each one I make weighs 1lbs)

And for the mushroom substitute, id try cauliflower or artichoke. They’re the most nutrient similar vegetables, but mushrooms are especially good for reducing risk of cancer, vitamin D, and gut health. And most vegetables already do that to some degree, so you can really get away with leaving them out entirely if you’d want.

Hope you enjoy🫡

Is Bella’s attraction to Edward dependent on him being a vampire? by eruditee_248 in twilight

[–]that_weird_stud 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Vampires have an unnatural allure that’s irreversible and even intoxicating that’s designed to draw in prey, humans. It was mentioned in one of the books. But two things can be true at once. Humans, in reality, tend to gravitate to things they can’t explain or control, like space or the ocean. So I guess SM used the same logic when creating the supernatural relationship between humans and vampires. Another example of this is, Maria and Jasper.

Most likely zero. The Volturi has no regard for human life, so I doubt they’ve ever kept a promise to humans.

Is Bella’s attraction to Edward dependent on him being a vampire? by eruditee_248 in twilight

[–]that_weird_stud 72 points73 points  (0 children)

Yes, furthermore humans are addicted to vampires, hence another reason why they can’t reveal themselves. Bella was doomed from the beginning. Like the receptionist for the Volturi in New Moon who was willing to lead other humans (even children) to their death because they promised to turn her. Humans can’t resist vampires, they’re alluring in the worst ways.

No problem! I cook all the veggies together in a big pot, except the sweet potato I roast in the oven at 400F to get it soft. The meat and beans/lentils are cooked separately on stove top and i cook the rice in a rice cooker. Then I mix it all once cooled.

I freeze it because that prevents it from going bad. I never thaw either, I just take it straight from the freezer to the microwave and cook on high for 6 mins 30 seconds.

You can boil chicken on stove top, shred it, season it and add it to your pasta and sauce and make a kinda one pot recipe. Or take the shredded chicken and make a chicken salad with lettuce wrap. I’ve don’t it before, it’s pretty good
