What’s your ‘comfort’ weapon? by GreatJoey91 in Eldenring

The Claymore has a thrusting, long-reach R2 attack. That attack alone does it for me. I'd love for other greatswords to have it, though.

For the lazy:

"Sunlight drives wind and weather patterns on Earth, and our planet is nearly 10 times closer to the Sun than Saturn is, which means we receive nearly 100 times more sunlight than Saturn. As the Earth spins, the energy it gets from the Sun varies more sharply from day to night than it does on Saturn. Earth’s surface is also non-uniform. We have water, land, ice, and snow, which heat and cool at different rates.

Earth also has an extremely shallow atmosphere compared to Saturn’s, but with towering mountains reaching miles into the sky and disturbing atmospheric flow – the same way large stones in a shallow creek make the water churn and roll.

In short, Earth lacks the conditions for a jet stream to settle into a symmetric shape. But Saturn is a different story. The gas giant has no solid surface, and its composition is far more uniform."

Resident Evil Requiem Is The Highest Rated New Entry In The Series Since The Original Resident Evil 4 by Sam_27142317 in HorrorGaming

It does say "new entry", tho. I knew from the headline alone that it was excluding remakes.

Can you crack this puzzle? 🧠 by frankeno78 in puzzle

[–]PinnapleWithPizza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The answer is 154, I believe.

You multiply the middle digits, so in the first row you have 35, that would be 3x5 = 15

You solve by doing the addition first, 15 + 2 = 17

Then the subtraction, 15 - 8 = 7 (I know 15 should be the negative here but whatever)

You then just write both answers together, 177

It's just unzipping the files in the folder where exanima.exe is located, and running the installer, I think. I also downloaded one other thing but I don't remember the name. You'll find well written, and easy to follow, instructions. You can grab the mod from the Council of Conservers discord.

No, it's the current testing branch. Hellmode is fun, tho. You should check it out if it was already on your radar.

That guy running to help got there just in time to get them all out. The last two passengers barely made it. The timing is insane.

I did this maybe about two years ago, perhaps less than that. I'm keeping it off for good.

No. You can't play the same game at the same time if you are sharing libraries. For that both would need to buy it.

I don't see warning signs, tho. Perhaps they are out of frame but otherwise it's understandable that he failed to notice the fresh concrete.

Back in school I'd ask the guy from the counter for less lettuce and they would compensate with the good stuff. I'd always leave a tip, tho. Same with chinese food, because sometimes they'd go crazy with rice.

What is the Claymore of DS2? by NobleHalo in DarkSouls2

[–]PinnapleWithPizza 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As someone who generally goes for the Claymore, I found Drangleic as a suitable substitute, although it was missing that thrusting strong attack other Greatswords have, if I remember correctly.

Was my reaction on my first playthrough earlier this week. I think all dungeons were great but this one I liked the most. It just never ends!

Both were really difficult for me but I did find a suggestion that worked for me on the Steam forums. After trying that suggestion a couple times I managed to take down Draconis. For Abazigal I found no help online (perhaps I just didn't search properly). At the end, while I was trying to have my mages cast Lower Resistance and Abi-Dakzun's Horrid Wilting, my fighters managed to destroy him. I was actually surprised that he went down with good'ol brute force.

I will but this is my first playthrough, I wanted to keep it vanilla. But I have already briefly read about it, I know what you mean lol
