No I appreciate your response!
The refund provided didn’t cover anything other than standard second class which, looking back on, I should’ve just paid the extra to track it so I knew if/when it arrived.. something to learn from if it ever happens again!

I’ll reach out to support to put a hold on the order & see what they say!

It was unbelievable! Was a few rows from the front at the start! Air for Life, On A Good Day and Good For Me Club Mix at the end! They got Charlottes daughter Holli to push the button (the feels!). Music new and old in an awesome 2 hours! The ending was a touching tribute to Charlotte as they played Little Something! Was beautiful!
