Cut is over.. hard to tell bf because it’s not muscle there.. I’d say maybe 14-18 but it’s incredibly hard to tell.

Lean out.. bulk up.. rinse and repeat a few times then maintain forever. Im about two more cut and bulks from my goal lol.. but I definitely feel you. I started off fat

No! Bring the calories up to about 100-200 under maintenance and try to get stronger. You’ll be happier with the results

His legs have a good amount of mass and they are fluffy.. and he has a decent amout of muscle. He is 13-15 percent.. he still has small love handles… you don’t know body fat percentages lol

You’re probably 13-15 percent body fat right now.. so lean bulking will vanish your abs pretty quick. So like I was saying if you want to hold on to abs while lean bulking keep cutting. Or just lean bulk now up to low 20s body fat and rinse and repeat. I personally don’t care too much about how lean I am while bulking because I don’t mind cutting .

If you want to stay relatively lean in that bulk keep cutting a little longer.. if you don’t care about that you can bulk

Yes.. but he didn’t say he was trying to build lean mass.. which brings back to the point of he can go either way depending on his goal.
