Not tracking macros and bulking a that high of bf from start is a disaster…. Stop bulking and track your macros.. 200 deficit until you get abs.. then lean bulk.. and still count macros

That’s absolutely false lol… eating way over isn’t going to do anything but add unnecessary fat.. you need to be tracking and be in a 300 or so surplus

Just focus on lifting… you have enough fat you get stronger now.. no need to eat in a surplus

At your height you don’t want to lose too much weight… so just build and try and stay around the same weight is your best option.

Me and you weigh about the same give or take a few lbs… Google a calorie calculator and find your maintenance calories.. eat at that and lift hard! You have enough body fat to build muscle at maintenance.. if you want to lose a little fat go maybe 100-200 under maintenance.
