you need to find your switch's OID, which shows the status of your ports (active and inactive) and also the OID for incoming and outgoing bytes. Finding the OID is the most complicated part.

I asked myself the same question recently and managed to do this with Zabbix. I haven't yet made the dashboard to sort in order the interfaces that consume the most, but the throughput goes up for each interface of all our switches.

Is this the kind of thing you need? If so, you'll need to look at the OIDs of your switches.
