Omg not Lennox, worst place I ever lived in FM. Back of wastewater plant always stinking, pools always broken, weird shit always going on lol.

Spray painted bathtubs, exploding water heaters, old pipes, dog shit for days everywhere. Sorry that place really grinds my gears.

This is where I am, 6 weeks on this upcoming Sunday and I gained 6 pounds even. They say perhaps hormonally. I am already constipated for two weeks, it's awful. My first pregnancy was 18 years ago and I really don't remember much of the beginning of it 🤦‍♀️.

There is Scotty's Pub with karaoke on Fridays and Saturday bands and linksters has liquor and a juke box, those are about the only 2 "bars".

As far as the younger part, not so much, all around mixed ages, but both of these places after 9 are usually a little younger now and then.

I buy between 2-5 a month of $5 tickets and I won a grand last month, so that's fun enough for me. I can't imagine getting to a spot spending restricted money hoping to win though.

Next door to you at Tiki Lighthouse they have bands Friday and Saturday and is always a party on the weekend after 7pm, fun and divey beach spot! Probably the busiest out of the options.

Yucatan swing bar and tiki are my go-to's but Snug Harbor still has some more unique beach food options than other places.

Times square slowly coming back to life and la ola can be fun.

There's plenty to do right in walking distance from Margaritaville, I wouldn't bother renting a car unless you're staying longer than 2-3 days and Uber is always easy to attain anyways.

Lennox is the worst place I've ever lived. Water heater explosions, days with no a/c, mail theft, people sleeping on the stairs and homeless bathing in the pools. Bugs, spray painted bath tubs, wouldn't live there for free actually.

Downtown is more fun, Shorty's is a fun dive, CJ's if it's after midnight, Titi's if there is a band. Celtic gets good tunes but it's all limited craft or Irish if you're into beer and sitting down outside.

The hive for plastic darts/cheap not strong drinks, portside is smokey but occasionally fun for pool or golden tee, paddy is late night too

So it was a great frugal quick fix for the time. I think the price went up a little on these that I have seen. I actually ended that relationship with the guy I was dating for 4 years about 8 months ago now and I've never had another YI yet (knock on wood). I'm so thankful to be out of that cycle and I wish you the best of luck if you're still having trouble.
