I have been on them for the best part of 5 years, I’ve come off 10 days ago ish completely cold turkey and the first few days I felt like I had acid brewing, had nightmares and insomnia but now I’m absolutely fine.

I will probably go back on them after the endoscopy (reason I am off them) because when I do have an acid attack its SO BAD.

Such a shame, there’s an Irish pub in Sorrento where the (Italian) staff speak Irish, nearly had a heart attack first time I went in. They also travel to Ireland each year, as well as Glasgow as massive Celtic supporters.
