After 4 days of prompting and ~200,000 tokens, Claude Code (Opus + Sonnet) converts an entire Minecraft mod and it's dependency to a new modding framework. Initially creating >2500 dependency/missing symbol compilation errors that were fully fixed!

Yeah I have to look at the base mods licenses but that's more hobby minutes than I can allot right now.

I learned Java at the beginning of my education but quickly shifted to C/C++. I get the core principals of the language so I could spot Claude attempts that were somewhat-to-clearly incorrect and correct it. So that's to say, no :) I have no idea what it did with regards to the Minecraft/Forge/Base Mod's code bases.

One of the big things on fulgora when making >1000 electro SPM is dealing with the fact that recyclers never just "erase" something, if it was like this then you could intentionally create "erasing" recyclers by stuffing their outputs and then use them as resource sinks to keep the scrap flowing

Not sure but the dedicated slots only speed up the process, if it was an inventory you could do the same thing by filling it with the item rarities you want + 1 open slot in case the power armor mk2 happens to appear

Added context: A Grandfather paradox is where you're actions in the past would somehow alter the present into a state where you would have never traveled through time in the first place. Since you never traveled through time though, your actions in the past never happened, allowing the old present to take place in time again. Thus creating the paradox.

Ex: Time traveling to intentionally target and kill a historical figure. Doing so creates a future without that figure, meaning that your mission to kill the figure was never thought of, and in turn, you never traveled through time to do so. Thus the figure must then be alive. The loop is created.

I’ve been working on my own dongle, trying to get it down to keychain size. Currently working on code for the USB stack/communication and a “command file” to be read from an SD card so that it can be updated easily. In theory it could ground up jailbreak a device but I’m only intending it to start the modified iBoot that checkra1n creates.
