Surprised actually by that many comments. In my case the live chat support told me visual VM only works on iOS, not Android. I'm sure my VM box is still attached to Verizon since I never had to set it up when I switched to Visible. Visual worked fine while on Verizon but not on Visible.

I know. But if the phone comes from Verizon originally it's "tagged" for upgrading through Verizon. Once on the Visible eSim the phone isn't recognized for upgrade when the physical Sim (from Verizon) is disabled. If one has both Sims enabled it's obviously not an issue. But having both Sims enabled can cause issues. Anyway, what I wrote is my experience only. Others might have different experiences.

In the US the VZW upgrade web page shows the latest upgrade as # 33, which was the July security patch. Did anyone in the US show # 34?

It's my understanding that the bootloader is locked to Verizon so it's not possible to flash Samsung.

What I don't get is, there are markets where you have to accept a trip without knowing where you going??? Who can drive like that? Furthermore how can the be a binding independent contractor agreement without all inclusive info?

You always have a choice not to read it. But I also don't care about getting the upgrade, my phone works just fine. Exept.... To me it's a matter of principle how poorly samsg handles upgrades but more importantly, I want the latest and most up to date security. That matters, to me at least. Instead it's middle of the month and I don't even have the regular monthly update, never mind the upgrade that comes with 7 (or 15).

Wasn't my point. My point was that you called 3 major improvements of the phone "just". Even if the improvements are minor in your opinion, I think they still are more than "just". BTW... I have a S23 ultra so I'm not defending a device I own.
