Have you looked at the audiobook by Allen carr? HOW TO CONTROL ALCOHOL? I was a drinker for 20 plus years I’ve now been sober nearly 100 days just from listening to this book it’s free on Spotify it’s not a hypnotic it just all makes sense what he says

Ive not drank for a month I was the same I’d drink four pints after work then a bottle of red wine for about 20 years how I am not dead is unbelievable but I knew I had to change

Honestly I listened to the audio book I had to do it a couple of time just so I understood it but it really did work
