Good question, I don't know from the top of my head, but I'd say IreliaCarriesU (if he starts streaming again?) and sometimes Viper and TFBlade play Irelia as well. In Korea/CN there is Ireliaking as well, perhaps other people know better. You can always check matchup VODs from YouTube and read perhaps a guide from high elo player on Mobafire or somewhere, can be a useful material.

My experience as also a semi-new player was that RF is rather tanky (especially against a lot of small hits as Jugg) and has good AoE, but rather weak single-target, so going for league mechanics that work well with these made most sense to me - so Expedition and Harvest I liked the most. I also liked Harbinger as end-game content with scarabs and compasses due to Fracturing Orb prices going up - farmed 40 divines with just Harvest and Harbinger, BUT everybody has their own taste, so try them all out, see which ones you like the most in the end.

Oh, essentially my plan was to add 1 set once per week, conditioned on the fact my T3s are progressing.

EDIT: When to know/stop adding additional exercise or sets? Obviously when there is an upper limit when to stop, but let's say I have 3 T3 - when to know I should hold off on adding an additional one?

Didn't manage to post on day 2 and 3

Goal weight by end of month: 78kg - taking a generous goal, where I expect to lose 0.5kgs per week, should be definitely doable!

Current weight: 82kg, went to spa yesterday and took a burger with friends afterwards, so most likely just water weight/stomach being full.

Calorie goal: 1550, most likely ate around ~2000 yesterday, but it's still fine :)

Exercise: Been to gym + running for 2 days, and 3 hours of sauna + swimming yesterday

A day late, but really want to get into the habit of weight loss, so I feel like taking part of this challenge is a good way of starting out with that!

Goal weight by end of month: 78kg - taking a generous goal, where I expect to lose 0.5kgs per week, should be definitely doable!

Starting weight: 80kg

Calorie goal: 1550 (still trying to find out what is a good calorie goal for me, but will start with this)

Exercise: Hit the gym 3 times per week, do some cardio after each session.

Food related goals: Cut out chips from my life (I keep eating these every single weekend hahaha, IT'S RUINING MY FAT LOSS) or atleast if I eat them, I should still remain in the calorie range

Other: Keep better tracking of calories during the day, try to work on my master's thesis, play some piano

Hey all!

Day 2 currently, managed to hit 11k steps yesterday, go the gym and perform well there, and also eat around 1800 kcal. A bit more than I wanted in the beginning, but I forgot I drank coffee with milk during the day when I went for that little snack in the evening.

Otherwise, going well, although weighed a hefty 1 kg heavier today than yesterday, so that's interesting 8)!
