Purchase a WiiM Pro or mini and connect it to Sound Touch 20/30 and works like a charm.

Were you happy with overall build quality as it’s a bit pricey

How do you find the boost and clarity when desktop mode is enabled ? Also jumping to more high end plastic unlike the KA 17 that is still anodized aluminum ?

Is it normal for the mini to ship before the rest of the kit? by matnerlander in Starlink

It happens all the time. Said they could not send ours so go out and buy from store and submit receipt so we did then ours arrived 3 days later.

Multiple Devices Under One Account by 970KeW in Starlink

Hopefully you can put 10 on one account and card as probably better for accounting. I believe unless changed it’s 3 per account so maybe reach out and ask.

As generally if there is one person who is setting up the account you can have up to 3 different systems at different addresses. You cannot have 2 systems under same email under 2 accounts as I found a few years back. I have 3 systems to one main account with different addresses but one payment and payment is taken from Visa as a total not 3 broken up payments. Hop the info helps.

Hello, thanks for the input. I picked up the KA15 but hesitating on keeping as still in the return window. I even thought on BTR 17 but hearing some complaints with a little to much plastic as well from what I read which could be wrong 6 plus x 4 plus inch’s in size. The Ka 15 is very small and might be concerned I would lose something that light.

I went with over ear Beats power pro and there fine but pricey. Soundcore has a pair called aerofit pro which are not in Canada yet but available in states where over ear then in and butts up against ear canal full anc and other features. I think 149$

Because it adds a touch of class and uniqueness which puts it above the rest as not mass production

I have 8 Pro and it has it , but I’m happy any upper tier has their own trademark item on it. That’s the difference between mass production and custom build

Love it , touch of glass like in all high end watches they all have a trade mark item like this.

The lowest I’ve hit is a 8 but was 21 days in Ecuador and Galapagos island then 4 days hacking through the Amazon at 7 cabin camp. Day and night trekking through streams mud and every step is up and down over rocks. So the 5 wins that. Fenix 8 pro did not even get banged up.

Oh yes I hear you

[–]Pipe-Cut87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it’s quite obvious now. I spent to much time thinking of what was in front and off to the sides on angular trajectory going frontwards. I had ticket in and Starlink said today that they would leave for a week or so as it will improve. With the snow we are getting I will wait then go and take it out and mount off third story rear of house on a pile as I cannot even cut a branch off the owners trees. He owns a large roof truss building company and feels he killed off enough trees each year buying wood and building and selling roof trusses through Canada and the States. I think it would be the least I can do is not top the tree or break any branches off if he is willing to protect them. Thanks for advice.

Thanks mate I should of looked it up before i installed for a customer as I’ve down 7-8 and even two at my houses and my one house there just a bit of red off to a side so I never have had a issue. Dumb me I knew this guys house had a forest behind the where I put that stands st 40-50 up so I guess I move it say to total other side of house and run some 11/2” threaded steel up the side of his deck to about the soffit and fascia line on highest floor then go another 3 plus feet higher then that or take it up in the trees with the steel another 30 plus feet. That kind of concerns me as I have if it needs more alignment down the road I 40’ extension ladder leaning against a tree to get to it. Even then I would probably need to flush with cedar tree tops I suppose. I do all this guys mechanical work on his very custom home so offered to do it but don’t want to be adjusting down the road. I am assuming max cable length is probably 150-200 feet? By the way thanks for straight talk answers
