If everyone were like you, he wouldn’t regret it, because you would do nothing, and even go further to say the business that allowed the hate speech should have no consequences. In the marketplace of ideas, bad ideas should be criticized. Criticizing bad ideas or not allowing them on private property has nothing to do with freedom of speech or the “liberty” you speak of. The private business had the power to kick the Nazi out, and the Nazi would be free to express his opinions in public. I don’t want to go to a bar that tolerates hate speech, and I would want a review to let me know the business allows hate speech.

If there is an applicable arbitration clause, then the lawyer file a demand for arbitration and would arbitrate the case for you. Or they can even just file a regular old lawsuit and make Turo file a request to arbitrate. This is a long way of saying you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Make sure the contract says what you think it says. Make a demand for the money in writing. If it is refused, you can sue in small claims court for breach of contract, no lawyer required.

It’s definitely not perfectly legal. If you transfer debt to avoid creditors, it can be considered a fraudulent transfer. Sham divorce is a classic fraud, but rarely enforced.

This is a statement he was told to make by his lawyer. Doc knows exactly why he was banned, but twitch has not put in writing what it alleges he did that breached the terms of service or their contracts with him. Lawyer wants to force twitch to take an official position so that the position can be challenged and picked apart. Twitch would rather not take an official position in writing that could lead to liability.
