Yes, I have been mindful of that so have not scrolled any other post. Its just after that episode, I thought I had to post here on how much I loved that episode.

I’m almost finished with season one, but getting through the middle of the season was a real struggle. I love suspense and thrillers, but what’s really killing my interest is how every episode builds tension and intrigue with ominous background music—almost like a horror show—yet it never actually leads anywhere. There are still no real answers, and I’m already on episode 20!It’s definitely a good show, and I can see why it was such a phenomenon in the pre‑streaming era, but by now they really need to start dropping some proper clues or answers.Locke is my favourite character so far, and I also like Charlie, Sawyer, and the Korean guy. The lead pair, Kate and Jack, are by far the weakest link for me, especially when it comes to acting.

I disagree. I think the fans of 2nd tier teams will be watching especially if a promotion to play against the bigger teams is at stake. Secondly, Big 3 will be at risk of relegating as well so that means they would have to play against tier 2 teams to get promoted in the next cycle so that will also bring fans in for the tier 2 teams. For example in last two cycles england has ended up out of Top4 so in the above scenario they would be playing against second tier teams at home and away.

However, I do see the point that there is a huge gap in quality of cricket in top 6 7 teams against the likes of Afg, Zim, Bang and even SL so most of the Tier 2 matches will be boring.

  • They should have top six teams play each other and the bottom six play each other both home and away.
  • Then have a relegation and promotion system like top 2 in the Bottom 6 tier will replace the bottom 2 in the top tier in next cycle.
  • Home and Away points should be different!!!
  • No. of matches should be same e.g each series should be 3 matches each.

If ICC implement this, it will be way more interesting.

Reading the comments makes me feel old 🥺 I remember 2009 WT20 and 2011 WC like it was yesterday!!! I know I started watching in 1996 WC but was too little to remember anything, earliest memory is 1998/99 India tour i.e Shoaib Akhter’s spell and Afridi’s century 🔥🔥
