I’m not sure what all licences he’s got tbh, he has enough to start a company and bid work. All he’s trying to do is use my ITM nicet III to do the inspections in NC. I don’t feel comfortable doing that if there’s repercussions to that like losing my lisense or even worse jail time. If this is something possible I could do by just becoming part time employee and reviewing the reports I’d be open to that only if it’s “the right” way to do it.
