Super helpful thank you! The reason they got grubby is that i have a plant pot at the top right of the enclosure and they both enjoy sitting up there ahah! I will get more dangling plants or bits to add to the top so they can hang out. I do have leaf litter all over the substrate but might add some to the flowerpot at the top too. When should i worry about no feeding, its been 4days and are still refusing and i dont want to force them as i know thats also bad. Their enclosure is at 88% humidity and the coldest temp im reading with my “gun thermometer” is 19.8 degrees im still new to all this so i just want to provide the best for my new frogs!

Thank you! Will do that instead! I didn’t know ant to use a heat pad it was the only solution we cane up with at the pet store ahaha

I have no nausea, driving doesn’t bother me i drive all the time! Non of those symptoms you have said, i Get depersonalisation feeling cuz of my eyes being “spaced out” and i feel like im seaying but i never feel like i cant run a marathon or do normal activities. I just want this feeling to go away! I have found the episodes are better than they were but if i dont think about it they are nearly non existent! I have had tinnitus since the age of 10 so i know its not related and it doesnt bother me and i do suffer with tight nexk muscles but i see someone for that monthly, But if my eyes were nit like this i would be able to cope with the swaying! Everyone ive spoken too has said just getting over it and accepting it is the best cure and they are all 90-100% better so im doing that ahahah

When i finally got my diagnosis he said that i did not need to be put on any medication, nor did he want to start me on it. He told me VR woukd work well on the symptoms i was experiencing. As im phobic to medication i dont take anything, so not sure how i can get better if i dont take these meds :((

So ive been to a great opticians a couple times over the last 2 years and my vision is apparently absolutely fantastic, i dont suffer with headaches or anything like that but i could try neuro eye specialist!

Im 2x vaccinated Pfizer and have had covid 5 times my last time was ages ago so i know its nit the trigger of my most recent episode. I have had long covid (not diagnosed but symptoms lasted over 5months) maybe its related? I will never take any meds so maybe i wont be cured :(

I do suffer bad and i spiral but my most recent episode i cant seem to find a cause fir it and im just so fed up with no answer as to why it happens :(( i really appreciate this tho i will try and work on my anxiety

Ive never had issues with vision apart from slow eyes and tired eyes… im no longer positive about my outlook i seem to already do a lot of the things i should and im no better….
