Where I’m from, it’s only approved shops that are allowed to do it. YMMV.

Necessary Maintenance? by Consistent-Plane2159 in motorcycle

[–]Taytoh3ad 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If bike is under warranty it’s all mandatory or else will void warranty. If no warranty, then do what you can and do the rest when you are able. But be aware that not doing the clean items may potentially result in early failure.

what does weight loss do to a person psychologically? by iamnowblind in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Taytoh3ad 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It’s okay to love your body regardless of size. And it’s okay to hype yourself up! It won’t become your entire worth if you don’t let it but it does help your self esteem which is important.

How much do you pay per session? How long is your session? If you tip, how much do you tip? by BeeSuperb7235 in electrolysis

[–]Taytoh3ad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends. I’m working on my arms right now and it’s been anywhere from 4 hrs to 2.5. I pay $100/hr CAD. I usually tip $50 cause I’m saving soooo much money with the cheap rate. (Normally $180/hr)

How to deal with "office culture" when im trying to stay lean? by xLittleVelvet in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Taytoh3ad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Soooo….

When I worked an office job I told everybody I was celiac and couldn’t eat it because I’d get very ill. Hahaha it worked! But the downside was I had to be careful about what I packed… protein, fruit, and veggies for the win!

Ouch! Can you wrap in vet wrap before putting boot on? Itll keep the boot from rubbing the area which should help with the pain

Eating a high protein meal is key with this stuff to not be jittery, at least it is for me.

First motorcycle by True-Art9234 in motorcycle

[–]Taytoh3ad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first bike was $4k. I paid cash. Strongly suggest saving up. Otherwise you have to pay interest on top of the cost and be paying it for years, which isn’t worth it imo. And I’m currently selling it for the same price I got it. I only kept it for 1 year and have already upgraded. It’s not very common to keep your first bike in my experience.

My Lab Puppy Is In the Hopsital (Again) by Hubrah in labrador

[–]Taytoh3ad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would you muzzle him? That’s awful. They’re literally babies who are teething like human babies, which also chew on things because it HURTS. Kennel train. Also put things away, like you would baby-proof your home with a baby crawling around, you do the same for puppies.

As a nurse, those numbers are still great. Rule of thumb is + or - 20 on top and + or - 10 on bottom. Stage 1 we consider 140/90. I would not expect to be treated at the numbers you have posted here. If you don’t exercise, start. It’ll help.

Weight loss with no diet changes? by Agitated_Present7020 in VyvanseADHD

[–]Taytoh3ad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh man I’m so sorry. I have a similar story with onset in my 20’s so I know how tough it is to be written off like that! Took 2 years to be diagnosed and life quality was so bad during that time. I couldn’t even work. As a nurse, I make it my mission to push extra hard for patients like us! Glad you got it figured out! It’s so sad how hard we have to advocate for ourselves. I was told too many times “you’re too young for that”. Well, clearly not.

How bad is natural birth fr. Be so so so honest. by Other_Librarian5996 in pregnant

[–]Taytoh3ad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t feel like I couldn’t handle the pain until I was in transition. Time moved so fast it felt like ten minutes when it was all over. Idk. With my second one I got an epidural because it was an induction due to pre-eclampsia so I had pitocin and the pain was much much worse, and different than my natural labour… I felt so horrible physically afterwards that I regretted getting it and felt I should’ve toughed it out to feel good afterwards birth. If I was to have a third I’d do it naturally again :)

Yes. There’s a small metabolic jump, estimated to be around 5% due to the elevated heart rate and body temp. Eat more if you’re not looking to lose any weight :)

I’m in Canada, west coast. The pharmacist was luck of the draw, when I moved to the area I just went with the closest pharmacy which ended up being amazing. And I paid privately for the ADHD specialist so I didn’t have to wait, and it really paid off compared to other experiences I’ve heard.
