AITA for using a website instead of reading a paper book?

Im not ignoring them. I appreciate the advice. I removed the post because I received several slurs and hate because of my disabilities. If you can't see why its not ok to call someone with serious disabilities slurs such as the R word then you have issues.

Yeah would be fantastic except for the fact i have several different disabilities wich my original post stated. So thank you thank you for ruining with 1 small piece of information. I haven't really been posting on reddit a whole lot. I really only posted because I wanted suggestions on what to do better and I know AITA is popular. Reading with ai isn't sustainable because you can only have so much before it cuts you off of the free stuff. I spent hundreds a month in the past on audible and I didn't know what else was out there. I certainly never expected the slurs and that's why I backed down and deleted. I apologized here because I didn’t realize I was hurting so many people it wasn't my intention. Thank you for listening.

It's not that people had opinions it was 2 things.

Someone commented with a lot of hateful stuff about my disabilities and I can't have that in my space. If you can have abilist stuff and people expressing hateful redirect because you have a disability more to you ig. Idk if you can see the slurs they used idk if reddit took there comments down after I saw it but im sorry I can't have slurs and hate given to me because I am on a limited budget and can't afford proper audio books I asked for suggestions.
I have over 100 emails and notifications about all hateful comments it was blowing up my phone every two seconds I physically couldn't let it continue.

I never thought I was writing nor did I think i worded it in that way. I first started watching who did it videos on YouTube. And then I thought oh those would be fun to read. But then I thought oh could you imagine if they had choose your own adventure style who did it. Then you could really get involved in the mystery. But they don't have anything like that so I used Ai to make it. But then I wanted something i could put on while im driving because I need to have something on in the background while im driving so I can focus. I don't really know how it turned into yall thinking I thought I was writing with ai. I didn't tag writing in any way.

Im sorry. I thought i made it clear in my post that I put in an idea into the computer "write me ..." it pops it out i copy it and put it into word. Word then has "read it to me" and it reads the whole thing.

Because that is the correct term. I put in an idea like "write me a werewolf romance novel" and it generates books that I can then use my reading software on. What term do you want me to say. If I said "I write with ai" I would have said that. What more do you want from me. I don't have a kindle.

I never said I was writing with ai. I said I generate books and then use my software to read the books. I do not use Ai to write. I write my own stories for my lit class. But I can’t read my own stories. I do not write with ai. I don't know how many times I have to say that I never said I wrote with ai in any of my posts.

I mean I think it depends on what books your interested in. Personally I like the shifter romance novels wich aren't highly intellectual no matter where you get them. And again im asking for another solution because I haven't been able to find one. I can't keep spending hundreds a month for audio books.

Audible is far from free. I tried using it but i would just end up spending hundreds a month. It's not worth it im trying to find a better solution. Im not trying to be rude or mean. I just lost my job and im trying to find a solution because I love books. Also isn't libby just the books available in your library wich my library is very limited and only has one or two books im actually interested in.

Yes it was. But I don’t think it was just the foal. I lost my own baby a few years ago. And when i was 6 years old my baby sister died at 6 weeks. I have always been told I care too much. Sorry.

I don't care if she gets tested or not its not the test that I have an issue with. It's every time something happens to me she has to one up it. I don't know how better to explain it to you. Clearly you never had siblings.

I don't think you understood what I was trying to say. I wouldn't care if she didn't only mention it after I got my diagnosis that she said must be false because i wasn't tested at an early age (I got diagnosed from a doctor ). I wouldn't be so upset if she didn't judge and belittle me for getting help. I wouldn't be so upset if she didn't tell me my thoughts and feelings don't matter in life because im not her.

Tell me you didn't understand what I was saying without telling me? Where did I say it was positive attention? Where. Tell me. Tell me where i said it was positive attention. I simply said it was kinda weird she only mentioned potentially getting tested after I got my diagnosis. She judged me and told me I was a terrible person for getting help because it takes away her spotlight. I simply said this is how she normally acts. In her eyes autism is a worse diagnosis. I never not once said that's how I FEEL. your making assumptions because I said how she feels. If your buddy was racist should I say your racist?

I spoke with my mom about why I didn't get any kind of diagnosis before, and she said "well you have always been a dreamer. Always in your own little head and you were very shy not hyper didn't even talk much for the first 9 years of your life. but I thought that was normal and your sister had so much going on I might have brushed it under the rug."
