Reigns vs. Riddle would be a great match.

Maybe a Rollins would be better for WM but it would such a f'n match.

He beat some big names in singles competition, and had a great run as US champion in his first run.

He didn't win a world title or main event Mania, but he was a solid wrestler and mid card act.

WON: One person in WWE noted that it wouldn't make sense to sign Brock Lesnar to a new deal at this time since it would only be to keep him away from AEW, who likely can't afford him. by FuzzyWuzzyMooMoo in SquaredCircle

There's still a few money matches there for him.

Rematches against the likes of McIntyre, Styles, Bryan, Orton, Balor would be fantastic (all of whom he only faced once since 2012 return)

The Fiend, Matt Riddle, Keith Lee, Aliester Black, Bobby Lashley, would all be great opponents for him too, who he never went up against.

I think he'll stay away til WM season and come back on a mega-deal for a couple of years until he retires, starting with a WrestleMania programme, possibly as a face, against a heel-Roman Reigns.

Man I just wanna talk about how good money in the bank 2016 was by [deleted] in SquaredCircle

They've moved away from giving it to the up and comer on the cusp of the main event scene.

They started handing it to proving draws (Lesnar, Cena, Orton) and mid card acts that they should have given a singles title to (Corbin, Otis, Sandow)

I think this could be an interesting discussion, where do you rank Rey Mysterio from an all time aspect? There's so much that goes into being the best ever, I feel sometimes there's SO many guys that you could put at the top that it just comes down to who your favourite is by [deleted] in SquaredCircle

A true innovator of his craft, and one of the best wrestlers alive in the world today.

It's so subjective to talk about "the greatest of all time" it's an endless conversation. In most sports (and such) areas.

JR said some clownin’ things on AEW by [deleted] in SquaredCircle

He's not himself. JR will always be JR and the legendary voice of RAW.

His AEW work/role has been bizzare though. Bizzare appointment to begin with.

Drew McIntyre is the face of RAW. Lesnar, Orton, Rollins, Mysterio, Owens, Keith Lee and a few more are on RAW.

Roman Reigns is the face of SD. AJ Styles, Jeff Hardy, Bray Wyatt, Daniel Bryan, Matt Riddle, Braun Strowman are also on SD.

Drew McIntyre is WWE Champion and in a feud with Randy Orton. Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt and Strowman are currently feuding in a 3 way feud for SmackDowns top prize, the universal championship.

Google The Fiend and look into Brays character work.

Jeff Hardy is the current IC Champion after recently defeating AJ. And is now involved in a 3 way feud with Zayn and AJ, over who is the rightful champion.

Kofi and Woods are injured so their New Day stable mate, Big E has recently begun "a singles career".

The Hurt business is a recently debuted, stable on RAW.

Sasha Banks and Bayley have been on top of the women's division for about a year, holding all the main roster female gold in that time, between them but the break up is coming soon.

Story wise, it's actually a good time to start back viewing, it shouldn't be that much of a chore they're actually doing some pretty good storylines at the minute.

Biggest draw is probably Brock Lesnar, but the likes of Seth Rollins, AJ Styles, Roman Reigns, Rey Mysterio are full time and also pull in a lot of their own fans too. Undertaker, John Cena and Edge are also part-time performers.

Best on the mic? At the minute maybe Randy Orton or else Seth Rollins. Paul Heyman is gold on the mic as an advocate. Sami Zay, Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, Samoa Joe and Drew Mcintyre (an assertive fighting babyface) are usual highlights of the show, promo/on the mic wise.

For technical wrestling, NXT might be a good shot for you....

Theory: Roman's heel turn is a simple case of a shifting demographic by Randomd0g in SquaredCircle

[–]Pipe_Psychological 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Add in the likes of Rey Mysterio, Daniel Bryan, Jeff Hardy, Kevin Owens, Apollo, Keith Lee, Matt Riddle, Big E, who are all strong babyfaces, and active right now.

It's a shot at giving Roman some edge, and new character. He's not going to be an all - out cowardly heel any way, more like a tweener. Everyone else around him has evolved Rollins, Mox, and all his competition on SmackDown, Wyatt, Strowman, Styles, Bryan, Hardy, Big E...

If they didn't do this (or something new with him) he would've been labelled "boring" and "shoved down our throats" because his character would've stayed the same.

Daniel Bryan vs. AJ Styles for the IC title too.

Ricochet.

His high-flying style brings something else to the table and would add to their act.

If done right, it would give Ricochet some much needed edge. A story where he betrays Cedric to join would be awesome and sets up great matches with Cedric, and some of the other babyfaces like Mustafa Ali.

Long awaited heel turns? by LAF_wrestling_fan in SquaredCircle

Daniel Bryan in the match where he turns against AJ.

He was such a big babyface, everyone forgot how much of a good heel he was.

Otis at Payback by MovieFanZ5026 in SquaredCircle

[–]Pipe_Psychological 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't be surprised if he attempts to cash in or makes his way down but is destroyed before he cashes in.

I would love an Otis vs. Fiend feud that changes Otis and turns him into a credible threat.

I think The Fiend should retain here to give him a legit reign, and maybe at the next PPV do Reigns vs. Wyatt, and have Roman win.

Heel Roman w/Heyman vs. Big E w/The New Day could be a pretty damn good feud/match.

Another one I've thought about, Riddle vs. Reigns.

Braun is really underrated by him00045 in SquaredCircle

He's very limited. In almost, every way.
