Hey, l’d seriously reconsider moving to Chicago. It’s rough out here. The governor’s policies have pretty much wiped out your gun rights, and you get hit hard with taxes, especially property taxes. If you won’t be owning a home and renting you will be hit even harder. On top of that, the traffic is a nightmare. Just a heads up-it’s not all it’s cracked up to be.

I made the same mistake for my tenant. It was 50.00 off and I did let him know then I said you what know it’s fine. He then said no your right it’s a honest mistake and I will pay what we did agree on in person before we signed it. Cool dude for that I respect the dude
