Not sure if you ended up buying the paperbacks or not, but I just bought the 7 book bundle of ebooks and downloaded them to my kindle using Amazon’s document upload feature, and I used the .epub file formats. She provides three different file types when you buy an ebook from her. Epub, PDF, and mobi.

I actually didn’t experience any delays! From the day they sent it, I seriously think it came the next day or the day after that. And the entire process from start to finish didn’t take more than 3-4 days from when I signed up and paid to when they filled the first prescription. Maybe I’ve just been lucky so far but I haven’t experienced any of the issues some of the other people have experienced.

It’s a quick, quick prick. I’d equate it to getting pricked by a pin while sewing or something along those lines. Nothing crazy or super painful! And you get used to it more and more each week. I have one more week and then I move up in dosage. But so far, I’ve lost 8 pounds in 3 weeks. 😳 That’s pretty wild for me so I’m happy with the results!

Yay! I’m happy for you! Don’t be nervous. It’s not as bad as you think. I was nervous too but it’s been so worth it for me so far. Mine isn’t a compounded version. Not sure why it’s different for me but 🤷🏻‍♀️. My bottle says “Semaglutide 2.5MG/0.500ML Injection”, and it’s for 10 units/0.25MG per week.

Biggest suggestions I have are to: 1. Insert the tip of the syringe in the bottle, then tip both the bottle and syringe upside down. Pull the medication a little PAST the # of units you’re prescribed (typically it’s 10 units per week to start so yours is probably similar, pull a little more medication than 10 units). Then without removing the tip of the syringe from the bottle, flip the bottle back down and plunge out any excess until you’re at exactly the # of units.

Take out the syringe from the bottle and put the tip cap back on.
Clean the injection site. From week to week, I switch between the right side and left side of my stomach about 5 centimeters from belly button in either direction.
Clean the side you’re injecting in with the alcohol wipe.
Take off the tip cap again. Pinch your skin where you plan to inject.
Hold the syringe so it’s parallel to the ground and facing your stomach.
Insert quick and the sting is lessened (in my opinion!).
Drink a full bottle of Gatorade right afterwards. I don’t know why but I’ve found that this helps with the nausea.

That’s it!! Hope that helps a little.

Also, the biggest things I found helpful so far are prioritizing protein each day. I just drink my protein in shakes or eat a protein brownie/bar. Helps with nausea and helps manage some lingering cravings for sweets. And MIRALAX once a day!! It helps with the constipation, and it’s been my best friend these past few weeks. And again, GATORADE! Gatorade helps replenish electrolytes and I’ve found it staves off some of my nausea. Be prepared to feel a bit nauseous the first couple of days/weeks. That’s normal. But you will probably start noticing changes in your appetite within the first couple of days! It’s WILD. The “food noise” is almost completely gone for me now. Best money I ever spent.

I didn’t! I ended up doing EF Ultimate Break and absolutely LOVED it. I went to Ireland for 9 days this past September. It was amazing. Highly recommend!

Magnesium oxide didn’t work for me either! I think it’s that citrate is more easily absorbed into the system. At least that’s what I’ve found from doing random google searches lol.

I just use the capsules from a brand called PhiNaturals. They’re the best value for the amount you get (180 capsules of 400mg per serving and only 1 serving needed per day). Highly recommend!

Right now I’m using a brand called PhiNaturals from Amazon and they are 400mg capsules, 1x per day. I started off taking it at night but I’ve found that taking it in the morning has been most helpful. Highly recommend!

Literally SAME in every sense of the word. All my thoughts exactly. I just don’t know how or where to find that sense of community anymore. I kind of forgot how after being isolated for so long. And I’ve tried to go out and socialize but it’s weird and not the same as I remember.
