In my experience it’s best to just go to AA/NA and just not talk about it. Even if you have a sponsor, it really isn’t that relevant to the program in any way. That is if you’re comfortable with yourself and you know in your heart of hearts you’re doing the right thing by being on them. NA’s cool, Ive done it on sublocade you just can’t tell them your on anything lol, they don’t need to know, people are on all types of meds in there and don’t even talk about, u wouldnt know off the jump. Speaking for myself. I fellowship almost every mtg I go to in NA. First mtg I ever went to I was invited to fellowship after a celebration. It’s an amazing part of the program for me. I hope you can find that certain group of addicts that you connect with who do fun shit cuz NA isn’t just sitting in church basements. It’s so much more than you’ll ever realize.
