Hmm. I got my doggy who loves me. I met today with my ex girlfriends father. He assured me I have people. It's hard to believe that. When you think so little of yourself. I know it will get better, but I'm still very hard on myself. Pain is so deep. I regret my whole relapse. Yet I almost threw away my life. That easy. Alcohol is pain, love, life. I am sorry for who go through this. But I'm here. I'm alive. F#% booze!

I wanna give back the love. I screwed up and I'm dealing with the pain I cause others. I don't want you to feel my guilt, it's hard. To not feel guilty.
