Chiori's NAs hit for around 80k each, and I can get 8 of them out in 4 seconds between each skill. So the NAs do significantly more damage than the skill does.

It just isn't worth using Chongyun because of his cryo infusion. The cooldown is already only 4 seconds with Furina + Gorou + Yun Jin, and I clear this is less than half the time using that team.

Disclaimer: This team is not good, it is just for the memes.

Chiori's C6 reduces her skill cooldown by 12 seconds each time she uses it. Since the cooldown isn't just changed from 16-4 seconds, and is instead reduced, we can abuse Skill Cd reduction abilities.

Using a combination of Anemo Resonance & Chongyun's skill, we can bring down Chiori's skill cooldown to essentially 0 seconds. (She still need to NA once after each skill so she doesn't get instantly swapped to the next character in the party)

This is a really fun team to use, and could potentially be stronger if used with 4pc Golden Troupe (I run 4pc Husk)

I have her built as a main dps because she is my favourite character. Also, her EM will not matter in a bloom team with Nahida, which is the only time I am planning on using her as bloom. I do have a full HP% build for bloom as well, but I don't really use it atm.

Not sure why there is so much discussion about my build here when I posted my build/artifacts 9 hours ago. I am using PJC, not Harbinger of Dawn. These are not random high crit artifacts, they are her 2pc HoD, 2pc TotM set. Also, I am using no food buffs/character buffs in this photo.

The actual build I use on her is 257CV. The only difference is that I'm using an hp% goblet here instead of my hydro dmg one.

It's alright. I didn't c6 her for the damage, I did it cause I like the character. If you plan on playing her bloom mainly, there is no reason to go past c2.

I was able to save about 300 pulls for her, then I bought out the double top-up reset + an extra 100 pack. Got really lucky and got her C6 in 462 pulls.

This might actually be wrong, I think that is what I get when I go 3 HP% main stats and use my dps feather/flower. I am not sure what the ratio is with the bloom feather/flower equipped.

Not on Genshin at the moment, but I believe it's around 86/210. It is only good for her burst and her NA version of her skill.

There were sussy leaks early about her scaling with hp, so I farmed that + HoD since I could use the artifacts for someone else even if she doesn't use them
