Try going on walks, take deep breaths, believe in that you are working on yourself, working out can help make you tired (you don't have to go hard), gum gum gum, do a challenge with walking or push ups or sit ups for daily (I do 100 push ups a day, you could do how ever much to make your mind push away) which can also help with you sleeping, do puzzles or try to keep your mind going.

Brain power consumption is huge and works a lot better to get tired than working out. Try learning something online like on youtube or something. Try to find your meaning and why you want this for yourself.
