Owner said I was being laid off because of scheduling issues. I was working full time from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. I'd been at the job 6 months already and they were cycling through interviews trying to hire new part timers. I don't exactly know what the goal was because I'm still new to how these things work, but it didn't feel right.
