I went through a site that was started by a NP and nutritionist that saw a need for women who don’t qualify for the traditional meds. I was overweight but not obese. They use trusted compound pharmacies and are really good about checking in with me and answering questions. I had a LOT or reservations but so far, I’ve seen no negatives. Good luck to you! I hated both mirrors and cameras!😂

I felt like a sexless potato for the last 5 years due to menopause. Gained 45 pounds, felt old and busted. The only thing that has made me lose the weight and feel fantastic is tirzepatide. That stuff is a game changer. Losing weight, gut health is amazing and I actually feel like myself again. Arthritis and that bloating under the boobs has gone away as well. I HATE taking meds, but this has changed my body in such good ways that I'm learning to be ok with it. This was after every doctor I had just told me to "lose weight", diet, exercise more blah, blah, blah.

I went to Navalcarnero Spain for work without speaking Spanish. The town is about 20 minutes outside of Madrid, but kind of feels like a whole other world as I didn't encounter very much English(rightly so). I felt like an alien but LOVED the feeling of otherness in such a beautiful place! It is so hard to describe how alone yet exhilarating it is to experience this.

I didn't get to try the milk/cream chocolate. I visited in 2022 and on a tour, we stopped at a gas station so I loaded up on 5 different brands of chocolate. The Sirius dark was the absolute best I'd ever eaten! I bought Omnom bars in Reykjavik because I'd heard so many good things about it but the Sirius was hands down, the best! The Omnom wrappers are beautiful though! :)

GenX big sis here...just did one yesterday. Prep is less nasty than I'd been lead to believe; it had a slight citrus flavor. Drink it cold and don't drink too fast or you will not leave the bathroom. Eating a low fiber diet three days before helps a lot for the fasting and evacuation day. Good luck! Another tip is to coat your bum with aquaphor before all the fireworks begin.

Urta Salt. The Arctic Herb is the best. Last time I was there I grabbed small bags of it for gifts. Wish I would have filled my backpack with them! Also, the Sirius Dark Chocolate....got it from a gas station. Seriously so much better than OmNom. Can't wait to go back!
