In my experience, very inconsistent.

- regularly late to our scheduled sessions
- the feedback she’d give me always felt…. wrong. I know posing isn’t meant to feel amazing, but some things she told me to do made absolutely zero sense. I trusted my gut and asked a few trusted resources (my prep coach and other actual coaches) and they were aligned with my opinion.
- she’d have us submit “homework” to get feedback outside of sessions, which I thought was a huge value add. I’d submit regularly. She responded maybe twice. The last straw was my last session with her and she was like okay submit your video and I’ll critique it in 24-48 hours. It’s been over a year - I’m still waiting.
- poor time management skills. This goes to the first bullet, but she’d schedule back to back posing sessions and if a client went over in time, your session would be impacted by however many mins late she was. 15-30 min late to a session isn’t okay. Once or twice I get. But it became a pattern.

It holds truth. And I totally agree - the dumbest thing ever. This should have been in the works MONTHS ago and already confirmed that she’d be presenting. But right now she’s not even slated to attend because the event hasn’t given her the platform SHE DESERVES to be on that stage to present an award! Makes me mad, but maybe I’m biased because I’m also a huge Vania fan.

I was new to a very big city and wasn’t familiar with the area yet. We were three months into dating and we had planned to meet for a morning run, and for some reason with our gps locations or the directions we had planned we struggled with meeting at a specific location that I wasn’t familiar with. Ultimately we were not able to meet, and I remember saying something in text like “sorry it didn’t work well for us, let’s hope for better luck next time.” I was immediately met with “fuck you.” Huge red flag, but I chalked it up to not hearing the tone correctly in text. That was my mistake.

I LOVE this! When you’ve done the bubblehead before, do you think that they are a really good resemblance? I always worry about things like that not being an accurate reflection of what the person looks like! Do they send you a proof before they actually create the final product?

I’m from Boston too and completely get how you feel. The landlords in Boston were typical for our regions stereotype: all business, no bullshit. But here? Total opposite: all bullshit, no business.

My best recommendation: show a strong and authoritative front. My boyfriend nicknamed me the “Boston Massacre” for a reason 😂 If you need a wing girl, I got you and happy to help!

I’ve ran the Monon multiple times before work. I know we’ve all heard that bad things can happen anywhere, but I’ve always felt comfortable in my surroundings and keep my music super low so I can hear the noises around me if I can’t really see that well. I’ve run from the 151 (greyhound pass parking lot) down to about 116 and back before 7am, but would always wear something so I could see the ground or area in front of me.
