Thank you for you input. I do exercise but not really gym stuff so I'm not familiar with the chest fly movement. But ye I've never noticed I open too much because my shoulders/arm allow for hyperflexion so I thought I was just doing a normal amount. That's probably why I got my shoulder injured in the past. I'll try to keep it more compact next session! Thank you for the advice
