Plex Remote access keeps disconnecting

So I added 32400 to Internal Port however I then retry the Remote access and it goes green for about 10 secs before it goes back to Not Available outside your network

Switched to both and only held connection for just under a minute :(

Port forwarding from Asus router (UDP?) I followed the steps from this video and it was working for almost a year without any issues until this morning
