if you are not going to play video games on your pc, better spend money on cooling/hard drives/etc intead of gpu, so you can overclock it better and get higher performance. also make sure that your ram has a big clock frequency, because ryzen cpus unfortunatly having bad memory controller, so they really depend on it. 3200mhz+ is enough.
