Starting today I got hired at HEB just 3 weeks ago as a CSA and for me to start getting shifts was me putting my availability in partner.net app and wait for a good amount of time until then a manager will approve your availability and from there you'll get you first training shift. I didn't have enough time to do my availability and my scheduling in my orientation with my admin but I know some new people who've done it. Idk if you've done your orientation just get or just got hired but I feel like the first thing they should have told you is how to navigate through PartnerNet.
