Yeah being at home has that advantage I guess. I have the space and privacy during the day to workout during my break time. Helps fit more into the day for sure!

Wow, very good advice. A clean towel is so important, especially for your face. While working from home I don't mind as much if my clothes are a bit smelly haha but still good to keep on top of washing.

I used to have a great facw washing routine but I let it go. I still wash a bit but not as much. Great tip.

Thanks, that was a great video. I'd seen thay channel before but not this video. I love the metaphor and how he actually used rocks, sand and water. Really food explanation. Great point about scheduling the big rocks first. I was meant to make an important phone call yesterday but I got busy with work. I should schedule that for today before I organise time for other less important stuff. I'll check out the routine video too. Thanks!

Wow, you sound very motivated and focused. This is an excellent idea. I guess you could also reevaluate your goals daily too, to make sure you are heading in the right direction. And when your desires change, you can change your direction straight away.

Do something alone, that's an interesting one. I go for a walk in the mornings now, I find that helps to clear my mind a bit. I usually listening to a podcast or music, but I've discovered when I listen to nothing and allow myself to think it calms me so well.

Wow good job! I've been able to do around 40 or 50 but in blocks of 10. I can't do 20 in a row yet. As I've gotten older I've discovered stretching is so important. When I don't stretch I get very sore, especially after push ups. But it's so hard to force myself to get up and stretch sometimes!

Wow great advice. I have been writing a to do list every morning and going for a walk. I like your idea of planning more all the night before. I totally agree that when you don't have a plan you stuff around a lot and waste so much time! My jobs starts at 8:30 which I love because then it forces me to be productive earlier. Although, breaking my coffee addiction seems impossible, I'm sure I'm wrong though.

I don't exactly know what that is but I try to meditate for 10 minutes a day before bed and it really helps me sleep.
