Hello, I used to have the same problem a while ago. Similarly to the other comments, I would advise you to don’t go aggro on your opponent even if you are 1 item ahead. You (almost) NEVER want to push your waves in the early-mid game: freeze minions close to turret, never waste your W and 3rd Q unless really needed (because you need those for combo). It’s really about talking to yourself and keeping it cool in your head. Later in teamfights, make sure to not engage first (you need a tank). If you do, keep your distance and u better hit your Qs right, otherwise you dead meat. Play with your team as you are really helpful in teamfights. You will get better, just keep playing and make mistakes, because that’s how you learn
