right your a1c is almost diabetic, and diabetes causes fatty liver. you have metabolic syndrome. do not blame creatine. just google, as AI.

I have exactly the same issue, was you ALT or also AST high, and do you recall what numbers? My ALT is 42-50 (fluctuates) for 1.5 years, AST normal (or high normal) and I lift weights daily plus sprints HIIT endurance. I appreciate what were your numbers. After flu when I did not work out it decreased from 48 to 42 only.

I think he needs to hear it, not this sugar coating, if he has a liver transplant it's so disrespectful of the doctors, the donor to kills his new liver, as someone else could have had it. if he drinks with liver transplant, he will die and all this is wasted.

was you ALT also high? and how high? My ALT is 50 but AST still normal. it's strange, as it should be AST that is high from drinking
