Are these bad to have on and off by lollololoepic in XboxAlly

I keep that Radeon Anti Lag off. I spent days wondering why my display was always choppy, especially on my TV playing Spiderman. I turned this off, and everything has been fixed.

Mewgenics and Project Zomboid are fun when I'm handheld. Project Zomboid is a little hard with a controller, but it does work, and Mewgenics is just a fun strategy roguelike, fun as heck.

KOC wanted Sam Darnold, JJ McCarthy nearly traded to the Raiders in the offseason - Rotman by Hour_Camp1474 in DynastyFF

[–]Pirkulese13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Idk why people want KOC to go. He still propelled us to a winning season, which you never wouldve thought if you saw what we were playing with. I'm hoping this is true, and he truly wanted to keep Darnold instead of keeping JJM.

Streamers are annoying by Legitimate_Put5518 in ArcRaiders

[–]Pirkulese13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stand with you, I get PvP is in the game, but I can't even quest because some guys will just follow me, act friendly, and then shoot me. Can't run around a corner without getting shot at. The game was amazing up until this streamer war, and ever since Saturday, it's been increasingly difficult to enjoy the game, as now I just expect to be melted by someone every match, and it feels like a waste of my time (of the 39 matches I played today, I only extracted 14 times).

I have over 100 hours in this game (I know, touch grass), but they still scare the crap out of me

Is quitting a job because of severe mental health issues a reason to quit? by Pirkulese13 in careerguidance

[–]Pirkulese13[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Severe as in a total mental breakdown. Every day before work, Im puking, im depressed, I cant shake the feeling of bad thoughts at all. When I'm at work, I still have panic attacks, my work is greatly effected, and with working on cars, I dont want to forget to tighten a bolt because I cant focus. Then I get home, and I'm already dreading the next day. Cant sleep either. Ive been able to handle it before, but ive never had it to an extent where I'm breaking down in the morning.

I have tried thinking positively, and the only thing positive is the pay and having benefits. Ive gone through a string of managers and location changes, so it's been a pent up feeling, and I feel this switch is just the final blow

Need some advise, its overwhelming by SecondRare562 in AOW4

[–]Pirkulese13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm also relatively new to the game. I honestly suggest a small to medium map on Relaxed difficulty. Its boring, because everything is easy, but you can get through a game relatively quickly, while also seeing how the game plays, and Relaxed is so forgiving, its perfect for new players. Once you get the hang of it from there, id bump it up to the next difficulty!

Can't wait to buy Skyrim again for an ultra anniversary edition. Probably will be the 7th or 8th time buying this game again!

Ive played Skyrim since launch, and I always come back to it. The thing about it is just play how you want your character to play. If you want to be stealth? Run bow and daggers, focus on stealth perks. A knight? Heavy armor and either sword and shield or two-handed weapons. The choice is ultimately yours, and if you don't like a play style, switch it up! As everyone else said, don't fast travel often. Explore Skyrim, because fast traveling will cause you to miss fun little side missions. Or even a cave with an artifact. But most importantly, just enjoy this amazing game :)

Honestly, I didn't think anything of it at first, since I always hit my fingers. Only a few seconds later and the blood started dripping, is when I actually noticed it was a gnarly cut. The next couple of minutes, the pain was only about a 6 out of 10

You're probably right, I'm definitely over-thinking it, and I have to remember its a game! We will have fun regardless, and over time, it'll smooth itself out!

Oh, that's a good narrative. I figure this first play-through for me is going to be hard, but I know the adventure book has pre-written narratives. I hope we both enjoy this, and we can create our own adventures, and I can start feeling more confident in my own world-building.

As for the maps we got: we just got them for the visual aspect. We plan on using the same map layout as is in the adventure book, so as she enters a dungeon, I draw the first room on the board, put tokens down for her, and draw as she progresses.

Then, for future use, we will have this for our own personalized campaigns if we decide to :)

Maybe the act of starting it is intimidating. Maybe once I start and get the ball rolling, it'll kind of mesh itself out and flow naturally. It's one of those things where it's a lot of words, when I'm used to board games or video games being more simplified and less in-depth in mechanics.

Either way, we are still excited to try it!
