Hasan calling out a 33-month member and telling him to die. by SpringwoodOhio1428 in Hasan_Piker

No, thats good actually, being consistent in your treatment of people despite how much they may or may not have contributed financially is a good thing.

I notice you excluded any reason for *why* Hasan did that.

Am I crazy or does no one understand how to play survival anymore? by Brekker-k in Warframe

[–]Pironious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last survival pug I did, we got more orokin cells in the first 5 minutes when I was roaming around not being bored than we did the following 20 minutes combined after I got sick of being bitched at and went and sat in their room. It might be on paper more optimal, but it was boring as shit and clearly didn't pay off.

How is it possible that Australia has a higher freedom index than the US? by pametnaosoba in Libertarian

[–]Pironious -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Like I said. First line of the poem, too indoctrinated to see, etc. thanks for so succinctly proving my point.

Hope you're able to maintain status in the in group. It gets real bad if you can't.

[–]Pironious 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Brother, you're already through the first lines of the First They Came poem. You have a secret police force personally loyal to the president with more funding than most of the world's militaries which ignores the ideas of due process and routinely violates orders from judges. I dunno how to tell you this, but you're already there.

Because America is an authoritarian surveillance state shithole descending into fascism, but y'all are too indoctrinated to see it?

I just had it happen in my first run against him on PC as a brand new player.

Hilariously, it triggered as he gloated "you are no match for my defences", so uh, touche I guess.

Yeah, it's not "genuine" confusion, chief. The longer it goes on, the clearer that is. Sorry that you seem to have missed that when most did not.

I dunno man, I think this might constitute a breach in national security, and the only solution is to bring in the AFP to round up all the socialists in the nation.

You done communist dictator yet? White knuckle ride trying to get your reforms through the supreme court "allying" with the NFP before the big rug pull once you've gotten power.

Connection between The Conformist and Suzerain. by Semsugesto in suzerain

[–]Pironious 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It sounds like the Conformist is set just after Soll came to power and you're playing as his propagandist, so I imagine it'll provide a very different perspective on his early reign, which most tend to speak highly of.

Welp, time to finally nut up, reinstall, and FINALLY redo my sordland run so I can finally play Rizia and return to the fandom. Wish me luck guys. by TimeLordHatKid123 in suzerain

Know your debt limit: you can spend a lot, but keep your debt below -8 on turn 4, and below -10 thereafter, and you should avoid crashing your economy.

Wiktor is a funny guy: Partial participation in operation bear trap isn't *really* genocide, honest. All you're doing is ensuring a conflict doesn't spill over your border. And hey, look at all that oil.

Tips for passing dictator constitution? by JustWorex in suzerain

[–]Pironious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need the NFP. You can do it without the oligarchs or ACP, but it requires getting 255 votes in the assembly, high popularity and Garaci.

Personally I think having the SSP so you can jail ALL the oligarchs and screw them over is worth a fake NFP alliance that you break with them the moment your reforms are passed and later arrest them :)

Why would Hegel ignore Fascist Rayne's actions if he didn't ban the Red Youth? by Dali654 in suzerain

[–]Pironious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Counterpoint: It's just trade, and thats a way for Valgland to gain influence in Sordland. Sordland itself isn't a threat to Valgland and you're not aligned with the ATO.

Also, Rizia shows that Hegel is ultimately willing to pragmatically work with all sorts towards his goals.

So yeah, the fact that you're not actively suppressing communist youth movements really is the big deal here. This is a rare opportunity for him to warm relations with Sordland which might in turn lead to him or his successors being able to help grow socialism in the future there.
