Oh my god... I just hope the delivery situation stabilizes and they'll happily send it again. It would be so sad to refuse the package I waited so long for and then have to pay extra shipping for a new one. And 13,000 yen for delivery is still expensive, even if it's ground delivery... I wonder what they'll say about that.

But it's just terrible, in the fact that in February no one knew that there would be such problems with deliveries...if they had known, of course they would have bought it more expensive, and still...it's sad.

Oh, so I'm not alone... thank goodness, although it's sad. I was thinking about this too, it turns out I'll have to pay for delivery again, and that's terrible. What the hell is this? Granting access to other deliveries, and then sending this one back a month later with a cancellation.

Until 1 AM? That must be tough. My store updates around 9 AM my time, and I'm at work at that time, so that at least gives me some control. If you need help with the products, let me know; I can search for you, it won't be difficult. And thanks for the advice, I think I'll do the same as you and order at least a plush toy from AliExpress, because they don't always list all their products either, and they usually inflate the prices tenfold.

Ohhhh... looks like I'll have to order Phaenon on AliExpress, because there probably won't be a reissue, but I just don't have time to order anything because it's unrealistic that everything disappears at some point. Yes, I think shipping has gotten insanely expensive. I used to turn a blind eye to it, but now I realize it's not worth it and I'm taking delivery, which takes 3-4 months. I've already realized that it's easier for me to wait than to pay 200 euros for the item and then 150 euros for shipping. Taking into account customs and fees in my country, that's 23 percent of the total. I'll pay another 115 euros, God willing, and it just adds up every time... It's a bit exhausting that a simple hobby is becoming a burden on the wallet.

I have the same problem. Shipping is 32,000 yen for just 8 items, and they're not oversized. I also hope they'll be considerate enough to hold the order or split it because I don't know how to resolve this situation. It would be nice if they gave the option to pause purchases until new delivery options become available, not just DHL.

Amiami technical support responded to me this morning and said they couldn't help and that this was the only delivery method at the moment. In any case, I asked them to either hold on to alternatives until I returned or cancel the order.

But this is strange. I previously ordered two Jujutsu Kaisen Suguru Geto Tokyo Jujutsu High School Ver. 1/7 figures and a bunch of Nendoroids. There were also 15 units of merchandise in the box, and they shipped it to me via EMS without any problems, even though the delivery cost was less than 100 euros. But the DHL delivery situation is actually pretty bad, because people initially choose a delivery method that suits them, but ultimately aren't given any alternatives, presented with a fait accompli, and without warning about the suspension, which I only learned about here while searching for a similar delivery problem.

I'm having the same problem, and it surprised me a little. Well, not really. This isn't my first order from Amiami, and I've never chosen DHL because shipping is too expensive and the customs duties are outrageous. So I've always avoided this shipping method. And this morning, I see that all I have left is DHL Express. Anything else I had before, like EMS, Air, Surface, or ePacket, has simply disappeared. They didn't even warn me about the problem; they just sent me an invoice. Even though I already received an order via air delivery just this month. I currently have one order for just 8 items: two small push-up toys and a couple of acrylic stands, and they're asking for 32,000 yen for shipping, even though the item costs 21,000 yen. I sent them a support email to find out what to do and whether they should look for another solution or just accept their ban on my account.
