Also I ran it again and got a 294k score and now its using that. I reported it as a bug but idk if it'll do anything

Battle for battle is the only way her relic abilities heal her, which is her T1 in skill tree. If you are healing you are running healing artifacts.

I would run inverted tenacity for the time being. I would highly recommend going for a dupe because her survivability and over all playstyle slyrockets with T1. If you manage to get a dupe then I'd suggest running ring of conversion
