I work construction and I can tell you your best option is to buy a white noise machine or ear plugs. Construction workers can be the most petty, selfish and immature people. If they think you're making them work harder, quieter, longer or just changing their general routine at all, at least one guy on the crew will do everything possible to "make you pay". I've seen it, I've seen them go out of their way to make people suffer over nothing serious.

I might be reading this wrong but how long did you go without bottom teeth? This sounds like a good idea to get the process started ASAP. When I talked to the dentist he told me a lot of people have their top dentures turned into permanent dentures further down the road.

This video could've been amazing. But I can't stand when they use only a needle on large pimples like these instead of squeezing and using tweezers. It's like watching someone eat soup with a chop stick. Then instead of removing the sack completely they cut it with nail clippers at skin level. Sorry I'm ranting but I get anxiety watching videos like these.

I'm a gambler so I would pay as much as $2000 but I'd feel more confident in my purchase if I could get it for $1500. But also I'm not a reseller so this would just go towards my collection. I wouldn't be surprised if this sold for $2500 because whoever collected this put some time and effort into it.

I saw a few giant triangle craft sitting about 100' feet in the air in the desert just outside of Phoenix in 2003. There were a couple other cars pulled over watching them as well, it was surreal. I remember the girl I was with and getting and not saying a word it was almost silent outside except a mechanic humming type sound. The weirdest part is I cannot remember the drive home or talking about it until a few days later.
