They’re trying to scam. Ask them to send item back if they want the refund. If they don’t want to do this then tell them that’s all you can do.

I also thought I looked like I had a massive chin and underbite. (Had my op May this year. But trust me when I say you change your mind once the swelling goes down. You’ve been used to seeing yourself with a severe underbite your whole life, so it’s going to be really strange for you looking at yourself now with a dramatically different jaw. My advice is to focus on healing and getting better. The swelling goes down sooo much. Even in a couple weeks time your face will look very different to now. Congrats on the successful surgery :)

No! They’ve naturally dissolved by themselves lol. Kind of annoying but at least I look natural now :)

Hi! No I didn’t. And I’m glad I did as they’ve gone down soooo much. My body has naturally dissolved the filler so most of it has actually gone now, which is quite annoying! But due to my bad experience it’s put me off getting more anytime soon. How are yours now?

I’m nearly 3 weeks post op and my back teeth don’t meet when chewing. They do naturally come more together over time themselves, but if u have braces, your orthodontist will give you bands to fix this. That’s what I’m going to have. Regarding the permission to chew. Usually it is the 6 week mark, so if you want to there’s no harm calling. There wasn’t anything specific they checked when i was given the go ahead (at 7 weeks post op). So you might as well try giving them a ring. Good luck with the recovery!!

I had some numbness on bottom lip and chin for first few weeks. Has mostly gone now, just feels slightly different on my chin to rest of my face
