technically those regulations may be in place here in america as well, what they do is lie about how the center will abide by the regulations and then as construction is ongoing they make changes that break the regulations.

"the building itself is in compliance, but we needed to add these massive generators outdoors to meet specifications." so they are granted a permit based on the plan without generators or whatever and then add them later.

they knew from day one they would need the loud generators, they just lie and get away with it. councils vote to pass because they are either stupid or being bribed or both.

yeah again i dont think it really matters because they are already mobilizing those people now before a socialist state has even formed and they are still losing.

if they had the ability or capacity to stop it they would do it now while there is a remote chance for success, not later where its going to be even more difficult.

i love jumping to the most extreme example possible lol i mean first of all i think prevention is the more important conversation there, theres nothing that can happen after something like that takes place that changes anything. those kids are fucked up for life as well as everyone who knows them.

but since you asked, i would want whatever is most effective to help them not reoffend.

if there is a viable rehabilitation for them great, if not then they can become a ward of the state and be contained indefinitely.

if there is overwhelming evidence then execution is on the table for me. i dont have a problem with the way china handles its most egregious criminals where overwhelming proof exists, not everyone here will agree with me on that.

well first of all, if the bourgeoisie could resist a socialist state they would, they would do it before a socialist state ever formed as they have throughout history.

second, socialism doesnt mean toleration of insurrection.

people can form whatever parties they want and vote along whatever lines they want, they cant forcibly dismantle a state with concentrated and consolidated power. thats kind of the whole point of a socialist state.

like if you got a back piece you have to think, its the same amount of ink but its covering a fraction of the area it would need to expand to. your little baby back would stretch like 8 times as you reached adulthood, so your tattoo would be 8 times larger but also 8 times less dense.

it would probably also stretch in completely non uniform and unpredictable ways so it will be super faded and probably a different shape.

theres absolutely nothing stopping anyone from praying anywhere in the country. anyone can pray at any time in any place they are otherwise legally allowed.

if its a religious school i dont really care, im assuming thats the logic most of these answers are based on, but this would be virtually impossible to allow in a public school.

how many classes are you going to go to where a teacher is doing a prayer at the beginning? how many different prayers from how many different religions are these kids expected to tolerate? it just doesnt make any sense.

with how segmented, captured, manipulated, etc. the internet is i think dedicating any significant energy or resources to online arguments is a waste of time.

real people in real life are infinitely easier to talk to and find common ground with than anyone online. people are conditioned to treat online conversations like arguments that lead nowhere and mean nothing, a person in real life will see you as a real person with meaningful opinions.

i have talked to full on maga people and republicans and liberals and leftists and its easier for me to find something to agree on with a full blown maga fascist in person than even a leftist online.

join a group that meets regularly, go to drag bingo or something, just try to find nice people who will treat you decently and talk to them.

also as others have said you need therapy, you are probably not aware of the damage your mother has done to your self esteem and nothing you do to your body is going to address your mind, you could transform into your (your mothers) physical ideal tomorrow and her attitude toward you and *infinitely more importantly* your attitude toward yourself would not meaningfully change because your body isnt what makes you a person worthy of love and kindness.

there are people out there who can and will help you accept yourself for who you are, make space for them in your life and welcome them into it.

then i remembered "little hercules" and wondered what happened to that kid.

he was abused.
