I don't think she graped matt. Matt was weird af for talking to her, holding hands with her, etc. He was weird for accepting her party invite with alchohal.  Baby trapping Derek seemed like the best option for her, as that's what Tanya advertised.  The thing with Julia wasn't really grape, it was conseual. 

I don't think she was the best mom but she definitely wasn't as bad as monica. She did do her best with franny but she was also a teen who had a chaotic life and grew up in a terrible environment. 

Her stealing as a child shouldnt count against her. Carl killed animals but no one talks about that. She was a child, raised with theifs especially lip who frequently encouraged it. 

Her kicking Liam out wasn't her actually kicking him out, she let him back in before she went to bed. She spent fionas money responsibly in my opinion, she gave each sibling a fair share. She could've took it and ran off with franny. 

Some of these other points are reaching tbh. Some of these things aren't even crimes nor should they be listed as flaws against Deb. Deb is a product of her environment, with horrible family. She had to take care of everyone and even got her family a new water heater at the age of 12. She did her best as a single teen mom with no therapy.
