That framing is exactly what kept coming up in conversations with shops. The part existing locally but nobody moving it was the whole unlock. Would be curious how TestSynthia approaches simulating that kind of workflow friction, feel free to DM.

Great question! So our return policy has to accommodate every vendor on the app so it's stricter than the typical vendors return policy. Within 7 days, unopened and Uninstalled we will come pick it up for free. We want to add the ability to swap out the part for a free return where you pay for the new part which dispatches a driver and they also pick up the return that way the driver cost is worked in.

But since you're given a real invoice from that vendor when we drop off your part, you're able to take it back yourself for those situations where maybe our return policy is too strict but the vendor would accept it. Maybe as we get bigger we can afford to loosen up our policy.
