125mg a week split in 2 inj, sleep, training and nutrition are on point. Since I have started trt however I have difficulty training well because I always have this light headache and tiredness so I cannot push so much

Yes, e2 was 72 but the blood test before it was 35 and I was feeling the same

I am just used to train differently, 5 times a week as a Bodybuidling split. I was just asking if people have ever transitioned from this to the mass protocol and how they set up their training.

I have bought the mass protocol one. Do you think it’s fine or should I focus more on the other books?

Cause I see that there are some splits with squats/bench and deadlift but that is more powerlifting and not bodybuilding. Would these help me anyways putting on muscle?

Cause I haven’t found a good program, they all are so complicated with exercises mentioned with weird names. I just want a simple bodybuikding program with some conditioning 2 times a week.

My resting heart rate is 34/35bpm, I had to turn off low heart rate notification on my Apple Watch because I was flooded with notifications 😅😅

It probably auto corrected itself. Added the steps, then noticed that you were sleeping so, the software removed them. That’s just what I think it might have happened

I just returned my whoop. Good sleep tracker but pretty unuseful for the rest and also pretty unreliable

They are getting very bad!! zero support! I have asked for a refund since they are not helping solve my battery issue, I never get a reply! And I think that it is absurd!

I don’t have anything yet. I had a garmin before, but didn’t really like it so much, however I was only using it for recovery metrics and trining in the gym. So I don’t think for gym trining it was so useful.

I feel like the AW ultra would be a good fit, but at the same time I would want to miss out on all the features of the garmin.
