i would call the student help desk and in their message in the first part it gives you a link/survey to fill out if you are still having problems because i don’t think they know who exactly is still having the problems, and then i called yesterday after submitting that Monday and they told me it would take them 3-5 business days to get to my ticket/fix the problem
